The city of Angels Camp will conduct a free curbside trash pickup Tuesday, Aug. 19. Old appliances, furniture, tires, trash, water heaters, junk, etc. will be collected. All loose items must be bound in manageable bundles or containers.

This is a residential pickup and is limited to 4 cubic yards (about one large pickup-truck-sized load) per residence.

SEI Solid Waste, the city’s franchised waste collection company, will conduct the trash collection. Collectors will go through the city one time. If your trash is not at the curb when they come by, they will not come back. Certain items, such as appliances, may be temporarily left behind. These items will be picked up separately; SEI will not pick up any additional trash with the appliance after the initial pickup. Please help by doing the following:
All trash must be at the curb at 6 a.m. Tuesday morning.

No more than four tires (not on the rims) will be collected at each residence.

Remove or secure refrigerator doors to prevent children from trapping themselves inside.

Hazardous waste, such as batteries, paint, oil, solvents, insecticides, etc., should be taken to the hazardous waste collection at the fairgrounds at the next scheduled pickup.

Keep sidewalks and streets clear of waste and debris

If your trash has not been collected by 5 p.m., call SEI at 795-1532

This is a service of the city of Angels Camp for the benefit of its residents.

For more information call City Hall at 736-2181.
