Little League all-stars ready to take the field

The 2009 California District 15 Little League all-star tournaments open Saturday at Howard Park in Ione. Teams from Calaveras County’s four Little Leagues – Calaveras American (serving the Angels Camp and Copperopolis areas), Calaveras National (serving San Andreas, Mountain Ranch, Mokelumne Hill, West Point and Rail Road Flat), Ebbetts Pass (serving the Murphys and Arnold areas), and Foothills (serving the Valley Springs area) – will be participating. The tournament runs through July 9.

Below are the rosters for Calaveras County’s all-star teams.
