Alvin Lee Hubbs, 52, of Valley Springs, was arrested at 9:51 a.m. at Pardee Dam Road and booked on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, violating probation and failing to appear on a felony charge.

Steven Aurthur Williams, 43, of Valley Springs, was arrested at 3:32 p.m. in Campo Seco and booked on suspicion of violating probation.

Wednesday, June 5

Stephen Thomas Belt, 41, of West Point, was arrested at 11:01 p.m. at Highway 49 and Pool Station Road in San Andreas, and booked on suspicion of vehicle theft and receiving known stolen property.

Mitchell Todd Mills, 41, of Valley Springs, was arrested at 10:19 a.m. at the San Joaquin County Jail and booked on suspicion of burglary in the second degree and vandalism.

Xiaolin Zheng, 37, of Valley Springs, was arrested at 10:31 a.m. at 8337 Pardini Place, Valley Springs, and booked on suspicion of keeping a place to sell controlled substances, cultivating marijuana and possessing marijuana for sale.

Friday, June 7

Cory Lee Cassel Jr., 40, of Valley Springs, was arrested at 11:26 a.m. at 9799 Scenic Valley Road, Valley Springs, and booked on suspicion of two counts of violating probation.

Niccolo Thomas Compau, 23, of Flagstaff, Ariz., was arrested at 9 a.m. at Cave City Road in Mountain Ranch and booked on suspicion of cultivating marijuana, possessing marijuana for sale, maintaining a residence for drug manufacture, conspiring to commit a crime and extraction of cannabinoids in an inhabited dwelling.

Sunday, June 9

Mason Robert Duvall, 21, of West Point, was arrested at 10:20 a.m. at 111 Barney Way, West Point, and booked on suspicion of failing to appear on a felony charge.

Monday, June 10

John William Butler, 44, of West Point, was arrested at 9 p.m. at 1419 Skull Flat Road, West Point, and booked on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter.
