Delise “Dee” Lorraine Greer died peacefully in her home at the age of 62 due to cancer on July 1, 2018, in Mokelumne Hill, Calif.
Dee is survived by her children, Alicia White, Garrett Greer, Wesley Greer, Pauli Greer, Emily Villegas and Charity Cardenas; and Dee’s 12 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, William Gadbury; husband, Ross Moore; and fiance, Craig Cunningham.
Dee was born on July 4, 1955, in Palo Alto, Calif., to William and Robin Gadbury. She graduated from Lodi High School in 1973. She attended Sacramento State University, majoring in accounting, which was her full-time profession. She was widowed by Ross Moore, her high school sweetheart, and later married Scott Greer, and moved to West Point, Calif., where they raised their children. She moved to Mokelumne Hill, Calif., with her fiance Craig Cunningham.
Dee had a lifelong love of animals, gardening, herbalism, and helping others.
A celebration of life is scheduled for 11 a.m. July 15, 2018, at Shutter Tree Park, at the corner of Main and Center streets in Mokelumne Hill, Calif.
