Terry Bullock passed away at the age of 68, on Feb. 6, 2021, in Angels Camp.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Donna Whittle Bullock; his twin brother, Jerry Bullock and his wife Sandra Bullock of Modesto; and his sister, Joyce Loe of Angels Camp.
Terry is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and their families.
Mr. Bullock dedicated his life to service of his country and community. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, spending eight years in Germany. Later he served 12 years with the California National Guard unit located in Stockton. He received full military retirement in December of 2012. He also served his local community for many years. He was a member of the Angels Camp Volunteer Fire Department for 30 years and then Murphys Fire District for another five years. He and Donna were also members of the MFD Association.
Terry was one of the original members of the Calaveras County Hazardous Materials Team and over the course of 20-plus years helped to train thousands of first responders. He also worked with the California State Firefighters Association to coordinate benefits.
For several years Mr. Bullock had his own business selling life and health insurance.
Terry was always about working with and helping other people. He will be missed by many.
