Joseph and Heather
Heather D. Emerson and Joseph N. Ballard announce their plans to be married.
Heather was born at Mark Twain St. Joseph’s Hospital. She is the daughter of Ralph and Mona Emerson of Murphys. She currently works in accounting.
Joseph was born and raised in Snowflake, Ariz. He is the son of James and Kristene Ballard of Snowflake. He works in sales and design, and is attending Arizona State University with Heather.
The couple met through friends and family and lives in Mesa, Ariz. Their reception will be March 24 in Snowflake, Ariz. Another reception will be held April 14 in Murphys. The couple will honeymoon in Mexico.
