Copperopolis resident
Michael Allan Davis died Wednesday, Aug. 7, 2013, in San Andreas. He was 62.
He was born Dec. 29, 1950. He moved from Castro Valley to Arizona, and he spent the last 25 years in Copperopolis.
He worked for the Calaveras Telephone Co. for 17 years. He also enjoyed his time as a test driver for General Motors and heavy equipment operator at a gold mine.
Mr. Davis is survived by his wife of 28 years, Deborah Davis; his mother-in-law, Diana; a brother-in-law, Ken; a brother, James (Maryann); a sister, Judy; and two nieces and a nephew.
