Second drowning in a month at Camanche

A 20-year-old Oakland man's drowning Friday is the second death reported at South Shore Lake Camanche in less than a month. Brandon Blackshire was pronounced dead at 9:36 p.m. after a Calaveras County sheriff's deputy arrived almost and hour earlier to help with cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
