William Allen Heinselman, of Valley Springs, California, age 73, passed away unexpectedly on April 5 or 6, 2023. William was born in Sacramento, California, on Aug. 28, 1949. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother. A celebration of life is set for 11 a.m., May 13, at the New Hogan Lake Observation Point.
