Teacher Elaine Lydia Spencer of Arnold, a retired teacher, died Saturday, Jan. 31, 2004, at Doctors Medical Center, Modesto. She was 86. Mrs. Spencer was born in Plato, Minn. She worked as a teacher in Southern California and lived in Lafayette before moving to Arnold 33 years ago. She was a teachers aide at Hazel Fischer School in White Pines. […]
